Shipping and returns
These arrangements apply to website orders delivered within Australia.
Where we deliver
We currently accept website orders for delivery within Australia only.
Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after cleared payment.
Standard postage
Express postage
Where standard postage is below $10, express postage adds $5. For higher postage bands, express postage is calculated at 30% above the standard charge, with a minimum express charge of $15.
Products with free standard postage
Products identified as free postage have free standard delivery within Australia. Express delivery for these products is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. If an order also contains a product subject to normal postage, the normal website postage rules apply to the complete order.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Exchanges may be considered individually—please contact us before returning any item.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
