Complete two-piece odometer repair set for Holden VK and VL Commodore VDO speedometers. The set includes the odometer shaft drive gear and matching dummy wheel used with the narrow six-digit odometer assembly. The original nylon shaft drive gear commonly becomes brittle and cracks with age, causing the odometer to stop operating. The original diecast dummy wheel can also loosen and spin on its shaft. This set replaces both common failure points. The replacement dummy wheel is manufactured from engineering nylon rather than diecast metal. Suitable for applicable VDO speedometers fitted to Holden VK and VL Commodore models. Check the original components and instrument type before ordering, as earlier VB, VC and VH instruments use different-width odometer assemblies.
